1. Introduction to Blue Horizon On Line Registration
After we receive your On-Line registration, we will schedule an initial phone call, during this call you will learn about the following: the hospice care company industry; specific territory information, our company; and your role as a companye.
2. Complete a Qualification Questionnaire
Before moving forward, we will discuss with you completing our qualification questionnaire to begin the mutual evaluation process. Your information is confidential and will not be shared.
3. Support Discussion
Your company development specialist will have an in-depth discussion with you about the support you will receive as a Blue Horizon companye. This discussion of our world class support will include: our field based coaching program, advertising and marketing, the role of the company support center, software, licensure and other support provided.
4. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
The Federal Trade Commission requires managers to provide a disclosure document. This document includes important information about your investment, along with a copy of the current company agreement. Review this document carefully. Your Franchise Development Consultant will schedule a follow-up call with you to answer any questions you have.
5. Meet the Team Day
This is the final step in the mutual evaluation process. You will spend a day in our Franchise Support Center with the opportunity to meet and interact with numerous members of our staff*.
6. Franchise Agreement Signing Day
Upon signing of your company agreement, you will be introduced to your new companye business coach.
7. Training
You are now ready to begin your new companye training. Five days in our corporate Training Center in San Antonio, Texas. This training includes coach led webinars, marketing, business practices, clinical policies/procedures, clinical check off, call center operations, Billing, introduction to supplies and equipment and online training as well as our Franchise Support Center*. Prior to opening, we will guide you through all licensing and regulations by appropriate governing entities, our complete support team is trained to make this process as smooth as possible.
8. Opening Day
Congratulations! It is now time to begin your journey as a company owner with Blue Horizon. Remember, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
9. Ongoing Support
Bi-annual QAPI (minimum requirement), Assist with Annual Agency Evaluations, Review of Emergency Preparedness Plan Annually, Update of the QAPI Plan Annually, Onsite or remote training as requested, and so much more…
